Currently studying Economics at UC Berkeley, Diane founded Celestial Caregiving with a vision to create a compassionate, high-quality homecare service that values both patients and caregivers. She leads the agency’s business operations, overseeing licensing, backend systems, marketing, and long-term strategy.
Passionate about dignified senior living and ethical caregiving practices, Diane blends her background in business and public service with an innovative approach to the industry. She is committed to challenging the status quo in elderly care—ensuring that every client feels seen, safe, and celebrated.
Thea holds bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Hotel & Restaurant Management,
bringing over a decade of experience in caregiving and service-focused leadership. She
leads Celestial Care’s day-to-day client and caregiver relations, working directly with
families to deliver thoughtful, hands-on support.
Her dual perspective—understanding both the clinical and emotional needs of
clients—allows her to ensure that every care plan is tailored with warmth, dignity, and
professionalism. Thea’s compassionate presence and direct involvement in patient care
are at the heart of Celestial Caregiving values.
